BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Nancy Carritte works with business leaders and their teams. She is able to enhance their effectiveness and positively impact the organizations they lead by providing one-on-one executive coaching and team development. She uses a variety of established instruments including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and 360 Degree Feedback Assessments to help clients understand themselves and improve the impact they make upon others.
Her past and present clients include The American Red Cross, The Icee Company, Land America, California Head Start, University of Phoenix, Thompson Engineering, CoOp Financial Services, Soboba Band of Mission Indians and Casino, and Red Bull Energy Drink.
Prior to the development of her consulting practice, Dr. Carritte spent more than fifteen years as the head of Human Resource and Management Development for Baskin Robbins, Togo’s Eateries, MetroMedia Company, and Sweetheart Cup Company. In these positions, she was responsible for executive assessment, development and integration, organizational cultural change for companies experiencing radical change and dramatic growth. She has participated in more than fifteen acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations.
Dr. Carritte is a popular motivational speaker. She energizes and inspires participants at business conferences, leadership retreats, and professional association meetings. She is an entertaining, engaging and extremely knowledgeable speaker, known for sharing fresh ideas with passion and enthusiasm. Her popular topics address quality of life, reaching personal and professional life goals dreams, and understanding one’s self. She has been selected a most popular speaker at various professional functions around the country, including the Professionals in Human Resource Association Convention in Long Beach, CA.
Dr. Carritte earned her Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology at Walden University in Minnesota. She obtained her M.A. in Human Behavior, and her B.S. in Business and Management at University of Redlands in Redlands, California. Dr. Carritte earned all her degrees while working full time and raising a family. She has written and published two books, “From Cop to Coach, the revolution of Human Resources and People Management”; and “Mental Health for Human Resource Professionals”. Her next book, “A Mental Health Moment for Business Professionals”, will be published later this year. She is also an adjunct Professor at Keller Graduate School in Southern California.
